What is Cashless mode of repair for mobile and how does it work?
You can opt for cashless repair at an authorized service centre. Currently, Cashless repair is offered for selected mobile models in selected geographies.
This is how it works -
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select Cashless Repair as the settlement option from the available options
You will receive a link with the service centre details over an SMS/email.
Take the mobile for repair to the service centre once your request has been approved.
Pickup your mobile from the service centre once it’s repaired. No payment is required.

Do I have to pay any amount at the service centre before mobile repair?
All-Round Protection
No charges are required to be paid for the repairs.
Screen Protection
No charges are required to be paid for the screen replacement. Service centre would charge for repairs beyond the screen replacement. These charges would be communicated to you by the service centre at the time you visit the service centre.

Which mobile phone service centre can I visit?
You can visit the nearest service centre, as shown to you while creating the request (based on your Pincode) or in the link shared with you over SMS/email, to get the device repaired.

How long does the repair of mobile phone take?
The repair process typically takes about 5-7 days after the device is handed over to the service centre.

How do I track the progress of my mobile repair request?
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select the mobile plan for which the repair request is active
Click on the Track Ongoing Repair card on the plan details screen and select the request you want to track
A tracker will be displayed on your screen to show the current status of the repair request.
You will be notified about the status updates for the repair via SMS and Email
