What is Advance Cash Settlement mode for mobile repair and how does it work?
You can opt for advance cash settlement for selected mobile models. Currently, advance cash settlement is offered if only the screen is damaged for the mobile and if the mobile is switching on.
This is how it works -
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select Advance Cash as the settlement option from the available options. The pre-approved amount for screen replacement is displayed for your mobile.
Provide your bank account details to receive the advance amount for the mobile repair
Provide a video of the mobile as per the instructions using the link shared in SMS.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive the amount in your account.

What if the approved amount is lesser than the repair cost of the mobile phone?
We pay the fair market value of the screen replacement. We take the cost of screen replacement from the brand and update it from time to time.

Why are payment details required during Mobile repair request registration?
As per the Mode of repair request settlement, we take payment details from the customer for making payments for Advance Cash Settlement / Reimbursement / Maximum Liability claims.
